We are very pleased to welcome Thiago to the Aqua team!

Adisseo offers a wide range of species-specific additives and services for aquaculture. This increases the need for specialized sales and customer support at local and global level.
Adisseo is fully committed to grow in the dynamic aqua markets across the world and therefore, consistently hires top professionals that bring value to their customers.
Thiago Ushizima has graduated in Animal Production at University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2000 and obtained an MBA in Business Management from the Getulio Vargas Foundation, Brazil in 2015.
He managed industrial fish farms and hatcheries in Brazil (2001 – 2015) where he was active in developing technologies in nutrition, health, processing and production systems for Brazilian species like Pseudoplatystoma, Arapaima, Colossoma and Brycon. More recently, he worked in Research & Development and Commercial Manager (2015 – 2020) in Fish Feed Plants in the North and Central West region (species like Arapaima, Colossoma and Pseudoplatystoma) and South and Southeast region with intensive tilapia system in cages and earth ponds.
