Fabien Siguier joined Adisseo in July 2018.

He started his career in the dairy food industry, where he held the position of Director of Organisation Projects and then Director of Human Resources, in a context of internationalisation and acquisitions.

After a three-year assignment in the French defence industry, he joined the Valeo group, an automotive equipment supplier, where he worked for 10 years in various positions as Global Director of Human Resources, in a context of transformation of the profession and development of the Chinese Market.
