Prof Ermias Kebreab from UC Davis (California, USA) presented at ModNut (9th Workshop on Modelling Nutrient Digestion and Utilization in Farm Animals), 14-16th September, in Brazil how to statistically compare the efficacy of methionine sources in broilers. Dr Florence Gondret from INRA presented at EAAP (70th Annual Meeting of the European Federation of Animal Science) in Belgium the changes in muscle biological processes associated to the supply of hydroxy methionine in finishing pigs.
