Adisseo is accelerating its innovation development leveraging venture capital on top of internal research.
AVF, the professional private equity investment fund in which Adisseo is the cornerstone investor has completed its first investment in early 2019.
Inspecto Solutions Ltd., the target company, is developing a nanoscale portable device for early detection of contaminants directly “in the field”, potentially offering a dedicated solution with tailored capabilities to detect a set of contaminants based on specific business requirements such as mycotoxins.
Unlike traditional methods, this device can be used easily by farmers, producers, suppliers, buyers, retailers and quality assurers at any point in the supply chain to retrieve results in real time and will create significant value throughout the whole food production cycle.
Several other projects are in the pipeline of our venture capital firm. These new projects will allow Adisseo to fuel innovation in terms of new products and solutions development.
