实验日粮的配方和近似成分见表 1。总共配制了三种含 15%鱼粉和 1.7%鱼油的实验日粮。阳性对照(Pos CTRL)含有 1.5%的卵磷脂,而在阴性对照(Neg CTRL)中,卵磷脂从 1.5%降至 0.75%。在阴性对照日粮(Neg CRTL + Aqualyso® STD)中添加 0.1% 的溶血磷脂乳化剂(Aqualyso® STD安迪苏,法国),以弥补卵磷脂添加量的减少。使用直径为 2 毫米的压片机制作沉虾颗粒,在 60°C 的烘箱中烘干,并在 -20°C 的温度下保存,直至使用。

Data were assessed for normality and variance homogeneity using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Bartlett’s test, respectively. The results were analysed by a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). When the ANOVA identified differences among the groups, multiple comparisons were made among the means using the Duncan’s multiple range test. Statistical significance was determined as p<0.05
