Personal data protection policy

Adisseo, as an international player in animal nutrition, collects and processes personal data in the context of its industrial, commercial, institutional and internal management activities. ADISSEO is concerned about the protection of the personal data of its customers, suppliers, partners, employees and anyone accessing its website. All operations on your personal data are carried out in compliance with the regulations in force, in particular Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms and any national legislation applicable to data protection.

1. What are we talking about? 

The following terms shall have the following meanings:

"Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, or indirectly

3. What categories of personal data are processed? 

In general, Adisseo collects the personal data of its customers, suppliers, partners, employees as well as any person accessing its website in the context of its commercial, contractual and institutional relations.

More specifically, the personal data that may be collected are mainly:

• Identification and contact data: name, surname, business email address, telephone number, country.
• Professional data: career path, CV, cover letters, experience, diplomas, particularly in the context of recruitment, company, function.
• Connection and browsing data: IP address, connection logs, cookies, browsing data on the website.
• Other categories of data: exchanges and content submitted via the forms on the site: subject of the request, message, any attachments.

In the context of video protection and video surveillance :

Your image may be recorded by our video protection / video surveillance cameras installed on the ADISSEO Sites for the purpose of protecting people and property.

This processing is based on ADISSEO's legitimate interest in ensuring the safety of its customers, suppliers, partners, employees and any person present on its sites equipped with video protection cameras.

The images are visible to ADISSEO's trained security guards, who simply view the images in real time but have no means of viewing, recording or processing these images. It is stored on secure servers, accessible only to a limited number of authorized people within ADISSEO. In the event of an offence or on judicial request, this data may be transmitted to the competent authorities (police, gendarmerie, etc.).

The images will be kept for a total period not exceeding one month.

4. For what purposes do we process personal data? 

The main purposes of processing are as follows:

• Management of contacts and requests for information via the forms on the website;
• External and institutional communication, including sending information about the group's products, services, events or activities;
• Management of contractual and commercial relationships with customers, prospects, suppliers, partners or distributors;
• Information systems security, including access management, logging, intrusion prevention and security incident management;
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, in particular in tax, social, customs or environmental matters;
• Recruitment and management of applications, in the context of building a talent pool or examining recruitment files;
• Training and human resources management, including the monitoring of career paths and training actions;
• Security of premises and installations, in particular by video protection devices installed for security purposes.

• Produce statistics, audits or use them for the purpose of improving services or evaluating digital performance.

5. On what legal basis do we use personal data? 

The processing of personal data implemented by Adisseo is based, depending on the case and for the purposes, on one of the following legal bases:

• The performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (management of the contractual relationship, processing of applications, recruitment, management of suppliers or customers);
• Compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation, in particular in tax, social, accounting, customs or environmental matters;
• The consent of the data subject, in particular for certain marketing communications, the collection of data via online forms;
• Adisseo's legitimate interest, such as the security of its information systems, the optimization of its activity, institutional communication, the protection of its legal rights, (...).

7. Who can have access to personal data? 

The personal data collected is intended for:

1. Adisseo's internal services, which are strictly authorized to take cognizance of them according to their missions, in compliance with the determined purposes;
2. To subcontractors and third-party service providers (IT service providers, hosting providers, recruitment agencies, etc.) offering sufficient guarantees in terms of security and compliance with the GDPR;
3. Third parties authorized in accordance with the legislation in force (judicial, administrative or tax authorities) in the context of their specific missions or the exercise of a right of communication provided for by law;
4. Subsidiaries of the Adisseo group located outside France, within the limits of their respective attributions and for the sole purposes provided.

8. Data transfers outside the European Union? 

Within the framework of its international organization, certain personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, in particular to Adisseo's subsidiaries or service providers established outside the EU. These transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses from the European Commission or any other GDPR-compliant measure ensuring an adequate level of protection.

9. How do we secure personal data? 

Taking into account the state of knowledge, the evolution of technologies, the costs of implementation, the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of the data to be protected as well as the risks to the rights and freedoms of individuals, ADISSEO implements all appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee the confidentiality of the personal data collected and processed and a level of security appropriate to the risk.

10. How can you exercise your rights and who to contact? 

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, you have several rights, which vary depending on the legal basis on which the processing of your data is based:

• Right of access: you have the right to ask the data controller to access information about you, to know the origin of the information and to obtain a copy of it;
• Right to rectification: you have the right to request that your data be rectified, completed or updated;
• Right to erasure: you have the right to request the deletion of your data;
• Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons, with some exceptions;
• Right to portability: you have the right to retrieve the personal data you have provided to Adisseo in a machine-readable format and then transfer it to another company, with some exceptions;
• Right to restriction: You can request that the processing of your data be blocked for a certain period of time, subject to certain exceptions.
