Dr DING Bingjing holds  a ​​PhD in Chemical Engineering​​ from Beijing University of Chemical Technology and ​​an MBA from The Open University of Hong Kong​​.

He joined Adisseo in February 2025, following nearly 17 years at Bluestar and Sinochem where he held key management roles, including leadership positions at multiple Bluestar subsidiaries and Sino-foreign joint ventures, accumulating extensive expertise in strategic investment and corporate operations.​

In July 2025, he was appointed ​​Strategic investment & sustainable development Vice-President​​ at Adisseo.
