Ruminants are known to be less sensitive to mycotoxins than poultry or swine. This is because some rumen microbes have the ability to detoxify mycotoxins (see the article here). However, most mycotoxins are still a source of major concern regarding the health and performance of cows. Three dairy farmers in the East of France, who had experienced mycotoxin issues, have kindly agreed to give us their feedback after having worked with Adisseo for the last few months.
