Each stakeholder group is assessed, allowing us to tailor our communication and engagement channels accordingly - from satisfaction survey and technical support to audits, committees, public reports, and collaborative projects.

Every Adisseo activity has its own stakeholder map to ensure dialogue at the appropriate level and in the most effective way, wether through direct interaction or structured feedback mechanisms.

Occupational Health & Safety

At Adisseo, safety comes first. Wether in our production sites, during product transporttion, or in customer use, we never compromise on protecting people, facilities, and the environment.

Our safety management system, FORUS, developed by SinoChem provides us a solid framework based on to 10 key elements:From leadership ans planning to risk control, compliance, and continual learning.

It applies to all employees, contractors, and visitors coming into our facilities, supported by training, internal audits and dedicated communication tools like booklets and videos.

Every year, all industrial sites are assessed, with action plans developed from audits and risk analyses.HSE performance is tracked monthly, with oversight from top management through an Executive HSE Council and global committes.

In 2024, our total TRIR landed at 0.1 : this success was driven buy a shift in mindset, strengthened governance and a growing HSE network.

All our major industrial sites are certified ISO50001.
