Last week , in honor of International Women’s Day, Adisseo organized two insightful sessions for all employees. The primary goal was to highlight the ongoing initiatives for inclusion within the company.
We are proud to share some key actions:
• Promoting careers in industry and science to young girls through programs like Elles bougent and STEM Girls,
• Allocating a specific annual budget to reduce unjustified pay gaps,
• Ensuring at least one woman is shortlisted for all management positions,
• Maintaining zero tolerance for reported inappropriate behaviors
Additionally, it was a perfect opportunity to announce to all our employees our commitment to the Women Empowerment Principles program. This significant step forward for our company illustrates that gender equality is a reality at Adisseo and not just an aspiration.
