Enhancing feed palatability and performance

Using alternative protein sources in aquafeed is common practice and driven by ingredient cost and sustainability concerns. However, this presents a challenge for nutritionists to formulate diets that still match the functional benefits of marine proteins.
Pepsea, rich in soluble protein & concentrated marine peptides, offers the solution by enhancing feed palatability and improving overall feed intake, ensuring better growth performance in aqua species.

Liquid concentrate of marine peptides from premium raw materials, supporting the sustainable use of marine resources

Adisseo, in collaboration with leading suppliers of marine ingredients, has developed its Pepsea line with emphasis on a highly standardized product quality through a strict control of the raw material source and the hydrolysis process. The Pepsea line offers a unique range of bioactivities, powered by a selected mix of low molecular weight peptides and free amino acids that help stimulate feed intake and improve growth performance.

Pepsea is derived from premium, fresh marine ingredients, such as anchovy (Pepsea F) or shrimp by-products (Pepsea S).  The application of Pepsea in aquafeeds supports the sustainable use of marine resources by reducing the Fish In/Fish Out (FIFO) ratio.

Please consult your local Adisseo representative on the availability of Pepsea in your region.
