Fabien graduated from École Centrale de Nantes.
He began his career in 2006 at Mazars, before joining Adisseo in 2014, where he held various positions including Strategic Studies Manager, overseeing Adisseo’s acquisitions and leading the acquisitions of Nutriad and Framelco, among others.
He then moved into business roles as Finance Director for Specialties, and later for the Worldwide Sales & Marketing organization.
In July 2025, Fabien was appointed Chief Strategy Officer.
