Mr. LI Bo was born in 1975, Chinese, member of the Communist Party of China. He has obtained a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalian University of Technology, and EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Mr. LI used to serve as Deputy General Manager of Sinochem Quanzhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd., General Manager of Sinochem Sales and Distribution Co., Ltd., Assistant President and Employee Supervisor of Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd., Board Secretary and General Office Director of Sinochem Holdings Corporation Ltd., and Chairman of Elkem SAS. Currently he serves as Chairman of China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd.
Since 11th Sep 2026, he has been the Chairman of the Company.
