Mr. Ding was born in 1982, Chinese, member of the Communist Party of China. He obtained a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Beijing University of Chemical Technology. 
Mr. Ding used to serve as the Executive Director, Party Secretary, and General Manager of Guangzhou Synthetic Materials Research Institute Co., Ltd.; Executive Director, Party Secretary, and General Manager of Beijing Bluestar Cleaning Co., Ltd.; Executive Director of Bluestar Engineering Co., Ltd.; Chairman of Bluestar Toray Membrane Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd.; and General Manager of the Innovation Strategy Department of Sinochem Environment Holding Co., Ltd. From February 2025 to June 2025, he was the Director of Strategic Project Management of the Company. 
Since July 2025, he has been the Vice-President of Strategic Investment & Sustainable Development of Adisseo. Since July 2025, he has been the Deputy General Manager of the Company.
