Under the banner “Thank you for being part of this story”, the year has been marked by a series of events that honour the people, partners, and community who have helped make Burgos what it is today.

Throughout 2025, the Burgos site has hosted a series of memorable events retracing its history. From the moving visit of former employees who took part in the site’s construction and growth, to welcoming current employees’ families over 4 sessions with +400 people reunited, and hosting members of the academic community (professors, academics, and researchers from the University of Burgos), these occasions have celebrated years of collaboration and development, while strengthening our employees’ sense of pride.
Celebrating Burgos’ 50th anniversary is a unique opportunity to bring together all those who have contributed, directly or indirectly, to our site’s development. September was the highlight of this anniversary year, when Burgos hosted its official 50th anniversary ceremony. Senior Adisseo, Bluestar and Sinochem leaders such as Li FanRong, President of the latter, Zhigang Hao, CEO of Adisseo, and high-level local political figures such as Isabel Blanco Vice President of the Regional Council of the Junta de Castilla y León or Leticia García, Regional Minister of Industry, Trade and Employment, gathered to celebrate the site’s strategic role in the region and in the company’s growth.
The day was thoughtfully orchestrated to reflect the significance of this milestone: Participants were invited on a comprehensive tour of the facilities, offering a firsthand glimpse into the operations and the teams that drive our continued success, followed by a series of speeches and a dedicated produced film that highlighted the history, achievements and future ambitions of the site.
Throughout Adisseo’s long history, the Burgos Plant has held irreplaceable value. Today, I would like to express my gratitude to every employee, government official, shareholder, customer, and community partner who has contributed to the Burgos Plant’s success.
