At Adisseo, Sustainability is fully embedded into our vision, missions, and business strategy. Our ESG governance structure ensures a clear, coordinated approach across all levels of the organization, reinforcing our long-term commitment to responsible growth.
At Board level, the Strategic & ESG Committee reviews ESG progress as part of the company’s strategic planning process and receives regular updates on key sustainability topics.
At the operational/corporate level, a central sustainability team oversees the development and monitoring of ESG initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as GRI, CSRD, and the UN SDGs. This team works in close coordination with a cross-functional group composed of senior representatives from all major departments. Each representative is tasked with embedding sustainability into their area of responsibility.
Additionally, designated sustainability contacts are appointed at each production site to tailor and implement ESG actions locally.
From board-level decision-making to day-to-day operations, our ESG governance model ensures a seamless integration of ESG principles across the entire company.
