Diplômé de l’ESCP, Jean-Marc Dublanc a débuté sa carrière à la banque Indosuez puis il a rejoint la direction financière du groupe Rhône-Poulenc en 1981. Il a ensuite occupé des fonctions opérationnelles et de direction dans plusieurs filiales en France et aux Etats Unis. Avant de rejoindre Adisseo, il était en charge d’une filiale dans le domaine de l’alimentation humaine. Il est entré chez Adisseo en 2006 comme directeur de l’innovation, du marketing et des ventes.
