Jean-François Rous se unió a Adisseo en marzo de 2018.

Este químico de formación, comenzó su carrera en el B2C en el grupo Unilever. Seguidamente, pasó a integrar el grupo Rhodia, donde dirigió las actividades de I+D propias del campo de la formulación (en concreto, cosmética, detergentes, agroindustria, lubricantes…).

Después de una temporada en la Agencia de Innovación Industrial (AII), entró a Sofiprotéol (grupo AVRIL en la actualidad), donde durante 7 años desempeñó el cargo de vicepresidente de Innovación. Por último, ocupó ese mismo puesto en una PyME del sector de los productos de biocontrol al servicio de una agricultura sana y sostenible.
