Key responsibilities
For our EU sales region, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for:
- Liquid application equipment installations implementation and project follow-up
- Selection of suppliers
- Give the necessary technological support to partners and key customers
- Conception & design of the equipment installation to use Adisseo additives
- Implementation of the installation in the key customers
- Assist in the interpretation of lab analyses and technological trials performances
- Train on and manage technological basic knowledge of the sales, technical and marketing colleagues and of the partners – distributors and agents
- Contribute to the elaboration of marketing tools
Main Skills
Requirements
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) in a premix factory or feed mill is a must. This can be as plant manager, feed production manager, quality manager, maintenance manager
- Result driven
- Be an expert in the following skills: autonomous, rigorous, planning, analytical, communicative, networking
- Education: Feed Technological engineering or technician level
- Fluency in English and any other local language
- You will be working 60% of the time in the field
