We are currently looking for a Technical Coordinator Monogastrics F/M to join us within our business unit Specialties.
Location: Global (Hybrid working environment)
Directly reporting to the Director Monogastric Solutions on a global scope, and working closely with marketing and technical teams, R&I, Category Managers, customers and agencies, you are responsible to:
- Translate the strategy into a consolidated technical plan for the support and development activities of the Monogastrics categories, comprising in-vitro, in-vivo, feed technology studies as well as services.
- Play a pivotal role in animating and aligning the translation of technical information into content for solution campaigns and assure the coherence of the trial and technical activity portfolio and the sharing of results and outcomes.
- Animate and align the community of technical managers worldwide to ensure program coherence, alignment with customer needs and strategy, in a transversal matrix organization way. You regularly update peers and management on progress of your field of responsibility.
Main Skills
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Animal Science or equivalent with a proven working experience of at least 5 years in a technical or scientific role.
- Good knowledge of the feed industry and of its expectations and needs.
- Strong ability to animate and unite a community within a matrix organization and in an international multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills– oral, written, with internal network and customers, team spirit
- Structured with strong organizational, time management and portfolio management skills, results driven, attentive to details and assertive.
- Proficiency in English, additionally French, Dutch or Chinese would be a plus
