Sales Technical Solution Manager CIS (STSM) – POULTRY

Key responsabilities

Scope of position :

 

  • In collaboration with ASM and ASBM, set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales projects. Recommend and adjust product portfolio or services enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Define and implement local tactics on business for customer portfolio which he or she is responsible for
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for Area by countries; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new products for poultry
  • Develop, manage and coordinate action plans by products and by customers with ASM, ASBM and local team
  • Convince customers demonstrating the value of our products to their commercial and technical teams
  • Expand market awareness and generate demand for Adisseo products for poultry in the Area
  • Sell and coordinate sales according to the Area Budget set
  • Collaborate and communicate to Region/SBU/Area teams to achieve general objectives of the Area (CIS) and Region (Europe-CIS)

 

 

Main Skills

Main tasks:

* Responsible for customer segmentation and targeting in close coordination with ASM, ASBM and Technical Team. Monitor local pricing policy in order to ensure sales and profitability targets for the different segments. Setting sales quotas and goals, creating sales action plans, analyzing data. Controls that actions plans, objectives and projects for target customers are described, implemented and updated in ACE. Ensure that number and quality of development projects in ACE enable to reach a relative part of the budget CIS. Form the optimum customer portfolio, schedule visits to local KAs in order to convince them about Adisseo’s products solutions or protect the current business achieved.

* Work closely with Regional marketing and technical teams as well as with SBU in order to adjust / customize / build solutions based on Adisseo’s products and services and that fit RKA needs.

* Knows Adisseo’s products technical and marketing information, market environment, including competition and sales tools

* Responsible for sales forecasting within a customer portfolio in poultry industry – in collaboration with ASBM.

* Implement in the Area good practices and tools related to sales and business management defined by SBU and RBM.

* Attend or participate in trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

* Report any information susceptible to be of interest for the rest of Adisseo and more precisely maintain knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies

 

* Give the necessary support to colleagues and partners

* Reporting via ACE and additional communication channels upon request of Adisseo’s management

* Providing information protection and confidentiality for the data which are relevant

Qualifications:

 

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the feed and poultry industry in sales or sales/technical positions

Education: Agricultural engineering, Nutritionist, DVM

  • High degree of sales skills
  • Ability to motivate, convince and lead
  • Customer and sales oriented
  • Energetic and self-driven
  • Communicative, excellent presentation skills
  • Analytical & creative
  • Good industry references

 

Language: Russian and English are mandatory

Willingness to travel app. 80% of time

Driving License “B”
