Mission
You are responsible in helping Adisseo Philippines to achieve its objectives in nutritional feed additives market by growing sales of new specialty product.
Main job function:
- Implement the sales and marketing activities of specialty products with key accounts and key opinion leaders in order to ensure the sales target will be achieved
- Manage, coordinate and support distributor on Technical and Marketing aspect of the product, strategic sales management and supply chain management as well
- Contribute to marketing activities such as advertisement, publications, product presentation at conferences and seminars to create product awareness and branding
- Manage and conduct feeding trials with customers and research / University Farm or as HQ assignments as support to the product claims
- Manage analysis support and laboratory services
- Provide market analysis in terms of market share and competitors update
- Help and coordinate product registration
- Collaborate with cross functional team particularly with Customer Service to constantly strike for high customer satisfaction
- Ensure customers’ profile and projects update are timely and accurately entered and managed within the Customer Relationship Management system
Main Skills
Required profile
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine / BSA Specialized in Animal Nutrition
- At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing and technical field in specialty animal feed additives business or in a feed mill.
- Excellence knowledge and connection to animal feed industry
- Excellence knowledge in animal health and nutrition
- Proficient in English communication
- Proficient in computer usage
- Excellent interpersonal, effective communication and presentation skills.
