Job Overview :
The SM will be responsible in helping Adisseo Philippines to achieve its objectives in nutritional feed additives market, be performing the following responsibilities in the area of Key Account Management, Distributor Account Management, Customer Service, and Custodian of company-owned properties.
Responsibilities:
· To grow sales of specialty products
· To contribute as a teamwork to current company’s product sales and marketing
Main job function:
· To implement the sales and marketing activities of specialty products with key accounts and key opinion leaders in order to ensure the sales target will be achieved
· To manage, coordinate and support distributor on Marketing aspect of the product, strategic sales management and supply chain management as well
· Contribute to marketing activities such as advertisement, publications, product presentation at conferences and seminars to create product awareness and branding
· To provide market analysis in terms of market share and competitors update
· To help and coordinate product registration
· Collaborate with cross functional team particularly with Customer Service to constantly strike for high customer satisfaction
· Ensure customers’ profile and projects update are timely and accurately entered and managed within the Customer Relationship Management system
· Other relate jobs as may be assigned
Requirements:
· Doctor of Veterinary Medicine / BSA Specialized in Animal Nutrition
· At least 5 years working experience in sales, marketing and technical field in specialty animal feed additives business or in a feed mill.
· Excellence knowledge and connection to animal feed industry
· Excellence knowledge in animal health and nutrition
· Tagalog / English fluent
· Proficient in computer usage
· Excellent interpersonal, effective communication and presentation skills.
