Key responsabilities
Reporting directly to the North Brazil Area Manager, the Ruminant Technical Sales professional has the responsibility to promote Adisseo Specialties products for Ruminants in Mato Grosso state and North region of Brazil.
In full collaboration with the Ruminant Regional Business Manager and Area Sales Manager, the professional will propose adapted and tailored solutions, combining products and services and demonstrating values to identified key customers. The scope of the position encompasses the deal closure.
- Master the Adisseo portfolio of products and services related to the Specialties
- Master the portfolio of customers
- Open new customers and develop strict collaboration with currently customers, increasing our business regionally
- Develop distributors in the region for to improve the coverage in this extensive area
- Commercial skills and good relationship with the customers
- Collaborate with the Regional Category Managers regarding prices, volumes, and forecasts of the Specialties products
- Maximize the use of the CRM system for reporting of visits, projects, key information’s and customer contacts
Main Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, animal science, animal nutrition or equivalent through experience.
- Skills: an understanding of the scientific basis of ruminant nutrition, preferably, and a minimum of 3 years in the animal feed industry. Having feed formulation experience is a plus.
- Ability and confidence to give technical support
- Competent IT
- Availability to travel frequently
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
