Position overview:


You play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and providing technical support to our customers in the ruminant industry in Turkey and Israel. You will lead our efforts in developing strategic business relationships, promoting our product portfolio, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key responsibilities:


Sales Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the company’s objectives and revenue targets for ruminant feed additives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, customer retention, and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in emerging segments within the ruminant industry.


Technical Support:

  • Provide technical training and education to customers, distributors, and internal teams on the use, benefits, and proper application of feed additives in ruminant diets during visits.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between technical support and product development
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers by understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals


Market intelligence:

  • Conduct customer segmentation to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the ruminant feed additives market.
  • Analyze customer insights, testimonials, and case studies to identify areas of strength, improvement, and innovation in our product offerings and customer support services.



Main Skills



  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in animal science or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or product management within the ruminant feed additives industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of ruminant nutrition, digestive physiology, feed formulation, and nutritional requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business activities.
  • Experience in software formulation.
  • English: professional level.
