Context and challenges of the position
Within the R&I Chemistry and Processes team, you will actively contribute to the department’s activities on the following missions:
Missions & Responsibilities:
Take over the operational management of an industrial pilot (located in Roussillon) dedicated to experimentation for the development a cutting-edge technology for Adisseo
For different projects, participate in the operational management of lab experimetation (located in Lyon/Saint-Fons) and related future pilots
Participate in the selection and the investment of new chemical technologies to push further our ability to innovate.
Participate in the improvement of Adisseo laboratory environment especially in internal processes and digital domain.
Identify new technical/scientific directions and lead strategic thinking in your field.
Prioritize ideas by their potential impact for Adisseo competitivity.
Master’s degree or Ph.D in Chemical Engineering / Chemistry (French “Ingénieur” diploma)
Advanced skills in experimentation for chemical engineering and process development Design, organize and manage experimentation programs
Advanced knowledge in lab technologies for unit operations development, especially in liquid and solid/liquid systems for reactions and crystallization/separations steps
Knowledge of analytical chemistry (µGC gaz analysis) and related data analysis
Good technical and scientific, industrial and sustainability culture
