Key responsabilities
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and driving the development, execution, and optimization of product strategies for a portfolio of products across a specific region. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of product lines in alignment with regional market demands and global product vision. The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for the product lifecycle, including market research, product development, pricing, launch, and ongoing performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will define and lead the regional product strategy, conducting market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Developing and maintaining a product roadmap, you will prioritize new developments, enhancements, and discontinuations, while implementing successful marketing campaigns in the region.
- Leading cross-functional teams, you will oversee product development from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Collaboration with R&D and design teams will be crucial to align product specifications with customer needs.
- Conducting detailed market research and customer interviews, you will use data analytics to identify product gaps, opportunities for innovation, and potential risks. Staying updated on industry trends and competitive products will be essential.
- Monitoring and evaluating product performance metrics, you will work closely with regional sales teams to understand local market performance, identifying and addressing issues affecting product success and market penetration.
- Developing pricing strategies to maximize profitability while ensuring market competitiveness, you will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define product positioning and value proposition. Conducting pricing analysis and competitive benchmarking will ensure optimal market positioning.
- Serving as the key liaison between regional and global product teams, you will communicate product plans and results to senior leadership. Collaborating with marketing, you will develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans, and design training programs for sales teams and partners/distributors.
- Leading initiatives to innovate and enhance the product portfolio, you will manage the entire product lifecycle, ensuring products remain relevant and profitable.
Main Skills
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Language: fluency in English
- Proficiency with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Power BI and Sales Force Commercial Excellence modules will be a PLUS.
- Experience: at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Travel Time: 50%
