Within the European HR team, and as part of the Shared Service Center for Europe, your role is to manage the administration of legal entities in the Netherlands (2 entities, 50 people) and support the team for the administration of other entities in the perimeter.
As HR officer F/M, your missions are the following ones:
- You manage the administration and payroll for employees on your scope and assist them as a first HR level contact on every issue they might face. In close collaboration with our external payroll partners, you are the focal point to provide them with all the data they need to establish the monthly payroll and ensure the accuracy.
- You ensure all the administrative information are correctly updated in our HR database system.
- You manage the employees benefits and insurances (contracts, labor accident insurance, health insurance, pension fund, social documents, …).
- You support the international HR projects related to your field (merge of our systems, improve our holiday request system, HR budget reviews…) and manage local HR events.
Main Skills
Required profile
- You have a minimum experience of 3 years on payroll & HR administrative functions with a good knowledge of the Dutch social legislation. The knowledge of an HRIS system is a plus.
- You have the willingness to administrate and manage the payroll in other countries.
- You are capable to both work in autonomy as in team, are empathic and customer oriented. You have excellent interpersonal skills and a cultural understanding.
- You are Fluent in Dutch and in English, the knowledge of French is a plus.
