|Scope of the position: · Support Adisseo’ s worldwide regions with full range of HR topics |
· Be a key business partner to Sales Vice-President and SBU Specialties and Vitamins
Main responsibilities :
· Take care of all HR topics for VP up to N-2 on its perimeter from sourcing to exit negotiation, through development and retention
· Lead HR contribution for all global processes such as performance management, salary review, people review & succession planning, budget & forecasts.
· Lead transformation & organization projects
· Mentor management team to ensure best level of personnel involvement and retain people
· Manage individual staff team from recruitment to development
· Manage HR network / team within the perimeter (regional HRBP)
· Support the business through project and HR expertise, by embedding corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to managers
· Create and drive global development programs for teams and individuals
|Competencies & qualifications : |
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience of which several years in a senior HRBP role with international matrix scope
· HR-experience in a fast paced, results-oriented environment and ideally with the management of sales functions with complex and B2B Sales
· Master degree or equivalent through experience
· Ability to influence and become a trusted advisor and a mentor
· Skilled in talent management, with experience in talent projects deployment on an international scope
· Proven experience in HR project management
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· English professional level, additional language skills a plus.
