The Global Digital Marketing Manager F/M is responsible to design, build and implement a complete digital strategy to improve: the inbound marketing, marketing automation and lead generation of Adisseo using all relevant digital platforms and tools (social medias, website, online medias, mailing, SaaS solutions, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Build the digital strategy with support from marketing director
- Select best tools to deliver this strategy and improve the efficiency of processes
- Drive the website improvement/transformation project with the support of the content manager
- Generates more qualitative lead
- Contributes to automation of all marketing activities
- Supports the sales automation process and participates to the improvement of the conversion rate
- Supports the development and improvement of the CRM tool, specifically with its integration to the marketing tools
- Oversee execution and management of activities across the following digital channels, for example Websites and portals, e-mail campaigns, e-learning, social media, etc.
Interfaces:
- Internal: Global Marketing Team / Regions / SBUs / IT
- External: Suppliers / Media platforms / Web agency
Main Skills
- Top-tier business school or university; Specialization in marketing/sales
- Engineering school with business experience also possible
- Previous working experience as a Digital Marketing/Brand Manager with digital component or similar role in feed of feed additive sector for at least 4 year(s)
- Different International assignments would be a plus
- Previous experience in social medias, website design and improvement, online medias, mailing, SEO and natural referencing improvement, is a must
- Solid understanding of marketing and sales strategy
- Good knowledge of data management and the ability to understand data to generate key insights, determine valuable opportunities & improve performance
- Knowledge of available market leading digital technologies and solutions
- Knowledge of the feed market and major animal/feed events a plus
