The Customer Success Manager F/M will manage the following key missions:
- Lead the development and standardization of the CRM platform (New ACE powered by salesforce.com) and future requirements to speed up customer penetration and deliver actionable customer insights across customer journeys.
- Manage the Global New ACE team – Run and Development – to ensure great support to users, strong adoption, collect of new business needs, development and proper implementation of new features.
The ideal candidate must be eager to elevate the Sales and Marketing organization on a transformational journey, modernizing overall customer relationship management through a data-driven performance approach.
This is a global role that requires working with the 7 Regions and Global Marketing and SBU managers to establish a vision, strategy, and roadmap for change.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive customer penetration, retention, and the development of business opportunities throughout the customer journey using New ACE
- Partner with marketing managers to track the deployment and success of customer marketing plans
- Understand business needs and ensure New ACE features support sales strategy (reports, dashboards, KPI definition)
- Maximize the productivity and the effectiveness of the salesforce by optimizing key customer-facing time and customer touchpoints
- Ensure that the New ACE tool supports sales and SBU teams to improve customer satisfaction, and loyalty and drive business growth thanks to better leads management, sales opportunity conversion and sales process enhancement
- Lead Governance committee and liaise with IT support, business manager and external consultants to embed into New ACE new functions and options to improve sales performance
- Create and execute, with the support of the regional CRM manager, a training plan to improve the adoption of New ACEs in the region/actively
Main Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of proven experience supporting B2B sales and marketing experience through complex, journey-based sales
- Proven experience with transforming and digitalizing the CRM for maximization of usage and delivery of business value across the entire CRM ecosystem, including core CRM and dashboard products
- Successful professional experience in sales and marketing and in a multicultural environment in a matrix-structured organization
- Experienced salesforce.com product owner
- Strong business acumen
- Analytical mindset and proven change management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
