Along with a Customer Service team of 7 covering North America, your role is to support the Commercial Sales and Customer Service function in coordinating the activities of our customers and partners while maintaining the service levels required to achieve optimal performance. The position is fast paced and is visible throughout the organization for service excellence.

Your main missions are:

  • Receive and enter the orders coming from our customers in our system.
  • Manage orders from entry through invoicing; address issues if they arise.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure that customer needs are met and any issues are communicated.
  • Handle customer complaints and queries, proposing appropriate alternative solutions within the limits of the Service Level Agreement.
  • Partner with Supply Chain/Demand Planner on weekly SIOP Meetings.
  • Maintain customer master data.

Main Skills

Preferred Experience

  • 2-3 year of significant Customer Service experience.
  • Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
  • Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly.
  • Proficiency in Excel and good overall PC skill.
  • Logistics/supply chain operational experience preferred but not required
  • Team player with a good ability to prioritize.
  • Self-starter, assertive, good communication skills with a good ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and efficient manner.
  • Ability to use initiative and work pro-actively on different tasks
