As a vital member of the Adisseo EU team, the Country Sales Manager (CSM) will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and increasing turnover in the region, primarily focusing on France. You will be fully responsible for achieving Performance Products objectives and co-responsible for Specialty Products sales targets, ensuring overall BGVM success.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, maximizing sales opportunities and understanding customer demands to generate sales.

 

  • Resource Coordination: Manage exclusive and non-exclusive distributors and agents and organize the activities of Technologists and Specialty Tech Sales Managers in the field.

 

  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement tailored action plans for each customer, driving projects from inception to completion with the support of Product Managers and Technical Advisers.

 

  • Leadership & Innovation: Lead various tasks including project management, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, and innovative development of opportunities.

 

  • Sales & Transaction Management: Keep meticulous records of sales and purchases of Adisseo products, under the guidance of the Area Sales Director South.

 

Main Skills

Profile Requirements:

 

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with a minimum of 15 years’ experience in sales within the feed industry field.
  • Experience in selling technical products or process.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • A willingness to travel to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support business activities.
  • Fluent in French and English
