As a direct report of the Region Managing Director and with a team of 9 sales representatives, the Commercial Director ISC key role is to support the Area Sales teams in selling its products & solutions and meet sales budget and objectives.
The main missions of the job are:
- Responsible for the ISC regional sales and revenue targets for all product ranges.
- Lead the respective Area Sales/country managers to develop and implement selling strategies to win market share, convert new customers particularly for specialties products range.
- Manage customer relationships, identify, and track opportunities for sales growth.
- Develop new customers and widen product portfolio to new and existing customers.
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team, give guidance, and propose solutions for business & operation issues.
- Manage team on day-to-day sales activities via salesforce.com and review the open pipeline regularly.
- Lead regular business performance reviews provide tactics to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
- Work closely with marketing team in planning & implementation of campaigns and events to drive awareness and improve business’s market position.
- Work closely with the commercial support team to ensure accurate forecasts, product allocation and stock availability.
- Deploy equipment installation, application & NIR services with Engineer & Technical team to grow AT88 and Specialty products businesses.
- Together with Category Managers to validate and contributes for sales targets proposed for each ISC Global Key Accounts targets with GKA Directors.
- Manage distributors and key partners to ensure sales strategies alignment and accounts penetration.
Main Skills
Required profile
- Degree or MBA in Business, Marketing or DVM
- A minimum of 10 years of senior sales management experience developed in the feed industry, pharma industry, or industries in the field of agribusiness or similar.
- Outstanding sales skills with customer orientation and result oriented
- Strong and proven leadership skills to manage big team
- People and project management skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
- Communicative, energetic, outcome driven and analytical & strong problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and at least one Local language.
